Napoli, the Italian club, announced on Thursday the signing of Chelsea's Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku.
Coach Antonio Conte stated that the striker would be able to play immediately.
Napoli shared the news on social media, saying, "Romelu is proud to be one of us now!" along with a brief statement on their official website.
Napoli did not disclose any details about Lukaku's transfer deal, but Italian media reported that the Serie A club paid Chelsea 30 million euros ($33 million) plus 30% of any future transfer fees.
Conte mentioned that Lukaku might play his first match at the team's home ground against Parma on Saturday.
