Ancelotti expresses his opinion about Mbappe

Real Madrid's coach, the Italian Carlo Ancelotti, stated that "this is not the right time to worry" about the French striker Kylian Mbappé, in response to a question about the player's slow start during a press conference on Wednesday.

Mbappé, who scored a goal in his debut with "Los Blancos" during the UEFA Super Cup match, has yet to find the net in La Liga despite several opportunities in the first two matches against Mallorca (1-1) and Valladolid (3-0). He has faced harsh criticism from the Spanish press for his performance.

Ancelotti said, "The last goal he scored was on August 14 in the UEFA Super Cup final against Atalanta. Today is August 28, so only two weeks have passed since then. This is not the time to worry. He is very happy here and eager to score in the next match."

He continued, "He is improving day by day, he is very motivated and humble, training well and adapting very well."

The Italian coach acknowledged that the team is still in a period of adjustment, especially after the retirement of influential midfielder Toni Kroos, but he emphasized that the team has "a lot of offensive capabilities" with the French striker and the Brazilian players Vinícius Júnior and Rodrygo.

He concluded, "It's true that we're not at our best at the moment, but we have scored 6 goals in 3 matches. Scoring goals will never be a problem here, and it never has been."
